Intro
The Orikami LISA Interface is a service which acts as a data sink into the LISA cloud for all relevant data in the orikami Digital Biomarker Platform.
Data#
User profile, device and questionnaire answers#
User profile updates and questionnaire answers are immediately sent to the LISA cloud. Device info is checked on each app startup and also is immediately sent to the LISA cloud.
Device Sensors#
Accelerometer and Gyroscope data is collected on the phone until a maximum of 10000 samples hase been collected. At a rate of 100Hz this results in an upload every ~100 seconds for both the accelerometer and gyroscope.
Insoles#
The insoles produce significantly more data than the onboard accelerometer en gyroscope. There are 29 channels instead of 4. To keep the data uploads small the maximum number of samples collected on the phone is set to 1000. This will result in an upload approximately every 10 seconds.
Fitbit#
Fitbit data is not collected directly by the app. Instead, the data is collected through the official Fitbit app and uploaded the to Fitbit cloud. Once per hour the data is synchronized between the Fitbit cloud and the Digital Biomarker Platform. Any changes are also propagated to LISA.
Importing Questionnaire#
Questionnaires can be created using the FHIR standard for questionnaires in JSON format.
There are some limitations:
